What we can and cannot help with

We are happy to hear about errors, outdated figures and topics you would like us to cover. We are a private publisher, not a government office, so we cannot look up, change or speed up anyone's pension, tax file, dental plan or other benefit, and we cannot give personal financial advice.

Please do not send us your Social Insurance Number, banking details, account sign-ins or medical records. For your own payments and records, contact Service Canada, use My Service Canada Account, or call the Canada Revenue Agency or your provincial office.
